The spacious private lawn overlooks a sunken garden, as
well as the picturesque Cape Fear River. As you stand on the
grass, you'll see a sweeping panorama of the river as it winds
from the sea to downtown's docks.

a five-minute stroll. Fine restaurants, art galleries, antique
stores, river cruises, horse and carriage tours and specialty
